For products that are in stock, we ship within 1 business day from the time you place your order. We ship via UPS or your preferred account. Customers will be able to opt for the carrier of their choosing. FOB Loma Linda, California however, there is a handling fee per order of $1.99, no matter how big your order is.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
Products that are not normally stocked and must, therefore, be special made.
Under such circumstances, you will be emailed or contacted regarding the specifics of your situation.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by CCS when delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
*Standard Shipping: UPS Ground.
*PO Box Shipping: We can not deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
*International Shipping: We ship worldwide. F.O.B. Loma Linda, California, US.
Returns & Replacements
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase and pay a 15% Restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund or credit the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Some items can not be returned if sprays are used, opened jars and cans or altered will not be accepted for return unless there's a manufacturer defect. The products need to be returned in resaleable condition.
Exchanges are accepted but there's a 5% restocking fee. We also do not refund or credit the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
